Frequently asked questions
Do you work with mutuals?
At Integraia we do not have an agreement with medical insurance. However, some users have contracted different full or partial reimbursement clauses in their medical insurance, and when presenting the invoice they are refunded the full or partial amount of the session or session voucher
How long is a physiotherapy session?
Sessions are approximately 45 minutes long as appointments need to be arranged in some way, but there will be sessions that may last longer and others that may last less.
What are the conditions of the session packages?
The voucher must be paid in the first session and will expire one year from the purchase. It can be shared with other people (family and friends) with the consent of the owner of the voucher.
When should I go for a pelvic floor assessment?
Whenever you want! Any time is good to know the condition of your abdomen and pelvic floor. I recommend you get an assessment if you have any of the following symptoms: loss of urine, gas or stool, urgency to urinate, pain during sexual intercourse or constipation.
What does a first session of pelvic floor physiotherapy consist of?
The first assessment visit in pelvic floor physiotherapy is essential to establish a solution to your symptoms and guarantee a prognosis. An initial collection of data will be carried out to prepare your clinical history, your posture, your breathing and the state of your diaphragm will be assessed and finally an analytical assessment of your pelvic floor will be carried out with a manual examination by the physiotherapist .
Should I cancel my pelvic floor physiotherapy appointment if I have my period?
If you feel well you can come to the session, as we work on other aspects in the consultation beyond the intracavitary treatment. However, if you prefer, we can postpone the session to another day.
What does pediatric respiratory physiotherapy treatment consist of?
Respiratory physiotherapy consists of a series of non-invasive techniques that will facilitate the expulsion of mucus by your baby, improving lung ventilation and preventing future respiratory complications. It should be noted that respiratory physiotherapy is not painful for the baby. It is normal for them to cry during the session, but this is beneficial because it helps mobilize the low-mid to high-pathway secretions more effectively. We advise you to come to the consultation with his favorite toy so that he is entertained and happy.
Cancellation policy
The session can be canceled or modified 24 hours in advance. If it is with less margin, a receipt must be provided if you do not want to lose the amount of the session.
